Children’s Home Society of Washington’s SweetHearts for Kids benefit luncheon is noon to 1 p.m. April 12 at the Wenatchee Convention Center, 121 N. Wenatchee Ave., Wenatchee.
The guest speaker is Jason Gortney, director of innovation for Children’s Home Society of Washington. Gortney has worked with researchers nationally to develop innovative solutions that better the lives of children and their families.
Tickets are $40 per person. Table sponsorships for the event also are available. The doors will open at 11:30 a.m. Proceeds from the luncheon support Wenatchee children.
Children’s Home Society of Washington is a nonprofit organization serving 30,000 children and their families statewide. The organization provides a variety of counseling services for children and families, as well as foster and adoption services.
